I bought 10 tickets for Transformers Revenge of The Fallen through the GSC epayment site! I'll be watching the movie with my wife, sister, and friends on my birthday night~
We'll have dinner at Pavillion, KL, probably blah blah a bit before the "Revenge" hehehe!
I'm sure I'll hit the IMAX cinema soon after watching it on the normal screen. By the way, don't use the short form ROTF, cuz my beebee says it reads like Rolling on The Floor...
Request Cannot Be Serviced The site has exceeded its resource limit and cannot process this request.
This is what I saw on the GSC (Golden Screen Cinema) page when I was trying to reserve my Transformers Revenge of The Fallen movie tickets... Hmm, I smell war...
Are people getting so crazy about the robots like me? Probably.
Maybe they should have upgrade the servers and bandwidth limits eh?
iStockphoto upgrade downtime Thursday June 18 - OOPS!
Well, they will compensate you by giving 10% off your next purchase of 120 credits or more with promo code HCKYE510 valid till Friday June 26, 2009. So act fast! Wait, what about us, the contributors???
For more info or to post your comments (complaints? hehe), visit iStockScoop (ha, I'm not aware of this "ultimate" unofficial site).
The human alliance toy line is pretty much like Alternators/Binaltech series, and they look cool to me, it's time to save more money for these babies~
Here are the revealed Human Alliance figures: Bumblebee, Sideswipe, Skid, and Ironhide could be joining the lineups.
Here's the new movie accurate Optimus Prime. It looks thousand times cooler than the previous version tha I bought, but as usual, I will wait for the Takara Premium version because the finishing is so much nicer than Hasbro and normal Takara versions.
P/S: Just dump me at the toys department and I won't go away lol.
Well, I don't cook (I suck...) but local organic eggs always taste so good~
Basically this is what I do all the time... think, sketch, illustrate, designing, sometimes coding (hate it big time!!) since 1999... Now I realise how fast time flies and there are still a lot of things I haven't done...
Just less than 1 week time, we're gonna watch Transformers Revenge of the Fallen. Guess I have to log on to the local cinema websites at 00:00 to book the seats! Their Movie... Our War...
Anyway, just remembered this as I search for the movie updates. You gotta see how crazy these guys are, they are just so passionate about Transformers Robots! I laughed everytime I see this. They're funny in a very positive way, haha.
Here's an very interesting post by the TF2 director Michael Bay. If you dig all Transformers movie updates and check the trailers frame by frame like me, you should read this :-D
Robots
14 robots last time, 46 robots this time (ILM only)
If you had all the gold ever mined in the history of man, you could build a little more than half of Devastator.
Optimus Prime will be life size on IMAX screens in many forest fight shots.
Devastator’s hand is traveling 390 miles per hour when he punches the pyramid.
The pyramid destruction simulation was 8 times bigger than the old rigid simulation all-time record holder at ILM.
All robot parts laid out end to end would stretch from one side of California to the other, about 180 miles
Devastator’s parts stacked tip to tip would be as tall as 58 empire state buildings.
If all the texture maps on the show were printed on 1 square yard sheets, they would cover 13 football fields.
Disk space
TF1 took 20 Terabytes of disk space. Trans2 took 145 Terabytes. Seven times bigger!
145 terabytes would fill 35,000 DVDs. Stacked one on top of the other without storage cases, they would be 145 feet tall.
Rendering times
If you rendered the entire movie on a modern home PC, you would have had to start the renders 16,000 years ago (when cave paintings like the Hall of Bulls were being made) to finish for this year’s premiere!
A single imax shot in the movie (df250) would have taken almost 3 years to render on a top of the line home PC running nonstop.
IMAX frame render times: As high as 72 hours per frame!
Imax
Optimus Prime will be life size on IMAX screens in many forest fight shots.
Imax frames take about 6 times longer than anamorphic to render.
IMAX frame render times: As high as 72 hours per frame!
ILM screen time
ILM Screen Time is about 51 minutes.
Devastator
Devastator is as tall as a 10 story building.
Devastator has more than 10 times the number of individual parts found in an average car.
Laid out end to end, Devastator’s parts would be almost 14 miles long.
Devastator totals
Number of geom pieces: 52632
The total number of polygons: 11,716,127
The total length of all pieces: 73090 feet
The total length of all pieces: 13.84 miles
I can only say WHOAH!!! Visit Bay's official website for plenty of exclusive images and video previews.

Wow, it was a wonderful experience with Romantic Bridals so far. The 2-day-photoshoot is fun, but tiring too, hehe.
Day 1: We did studio and outdoor shootings @ Romantic Bridals' photo studio and Carcosa Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
Day 2: Few studio shots, then we moved on to outdoor shootings @ Sepang Gold Coast, Negeri Sembilan. We had our dinner there and back in KL at 10:30pm.
I'm gonna look at my new apartment tomorrow noon... how exciting, huh?
I just can't wait to see my childhood dream sequel! The movie will come to Malaysia on 26th June (27th is my birthday, maybe I can wish for some TF2 toys and figures kekeke~ Premium version by Takara, Japan is da best!).
I still remember how touching it was when I saw Optimus Prime transformed in the first movie, it's just so real as if I witness it... I also tried replaying the movie frame by frame... just hard to catch up with the transformations :p
And wow, Devastator is confirmed to debut, the big bad beast combined by 6 Decepticon Constructicons. Can Prime and the nice Autobots resist them and protect us (looks like we don't stand a chance to survive)? We'll see...
This is a very busy yet happy week! I'm going out to shop for black slacks and leather shoes today for my wedding album photoshoots on Tuesday & Wednesday. The photoshoots will take place at Carcosa Seri Negara Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, and Sepang Gold Coast.
After that, me and my Beebee are gonna collect keys from the developer on Thursday to have the very first look at our new apartment (yay!). Rex, our interior designer (White Cube Designs) will come with us too to check on the qualities and if there were any defects.
Friday morning, we'll go back to Johore and come back to KL on Saturday night... hoah!
Just noticed something: MSN Hotmail is using my icon for their 'make IM your own' button. This icon is part of the istockphoto's exclusive Software & Application Icon Set from Premium Matte series. I'm so happy about this haha!
Read this article before and after you purchase any creative work from iStockphoto! I've experienced 2 cases of my watermarked illustrations being used on websites... thank you istockphoto friends for reporting the cases for me!
I couldn't recall how I stumbled into this video on youtube... The motion graphic is cool, the song's nice, and the voice is sweet. I don't understand anything they sing but just fall in love with the music.
Just a week or two after watching this music video, I bought one of their albums: Moment, from HMV in Singapore. 太陽のキス is in the track list, other songs are nice too, especially the first track 瞳がほほえむから, kinda fresh and relaxing!Enjoy the music video! If you wanna know more about Sotte Bosse or just listen to the samples, just check their official website.
My new apartment is ready, gonna collect keys from developer next week. So it's time to break my precious piggy bank for renovation and all other stuffs!~
